Autotech High Pressure Fuel Pump Internals HPFP (EA888.3)
The Autotech High Pressure Fuel Pump Internals will provide a significant increase in pressure and flow where the factory pump falls short. In many cases we see the factory fuel pump begin to suffer from pressure loss when an upgraded turbocharger is installed or when E85 is used.
- Each piston and cylinder in Autotech HPFP kit undergo high-precision grinding processes many times during their manufacture, ensuring that the most precise tolerances are maintained through the final step. Not the cheapest way to make them, but the best way.
- Each piston and cylinder are match-ground and serialized to ensure absolute precision and the utmost longevity.
- Autotech was the first to incorporate plasma DLC coating on HPFP components to reduce friction losses and increase performance. Others have tried to follow by adding a coating to their parts. However, the DLC process alone is not enough? it is not a cure for substandard precision? the parts must be engineered specifically for the process to take full advantage: Autotech?s are. The success we have in the field can attest to that.
EQT Assembled Pump
The EQT Assembled pump allows you to cut down your installation time from a few hours to at most half an hour as well as removes any chance of user error during the assembly process or the need for special tools.
*1.8T EA888.3 Requires a 2.0T Vacuum Pump / Assembly Swap to utilize
**EQT Assembled pumps may be slightly delayed in shipping due to assembly time + OEM HPFP supply.
***Warranty on Assembled HPFP is 1 year and non-transferrable. The piston itself has a lifetime warranty through Autotech so if it fails after the warranty period you can still receive the warranty for the piston itself through them and replace the piston.
