Returns
Equilibrium Tuning, Inc. return policy is 30 days from date of shipment for physical items found to be defective. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns will be accepted without approved Return Material Authorization (RMA). 

To complete your return, you must first email support@eqtuning.com requesting a return. Customer Support staff will issue RMA based on reasons requesting return and provide instruction for returning product(s). Partial refunds may be granted if: 

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Products received not disclosed in the RMA or found to be altered/modified will not be accepted and will be returned to shipper at shipper's expense. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Restocking Fees
Restocking fee of 25% applies for all returns. 

Payment Transaction Fees 
These fees are 4.0% and are nonrefundable. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@eqtuning.com. An RMA may be issued based on exchange reason(s). 

Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed 15% cancellation fee.

Orders cancelled due to lack of in-stock products are not subject to cancellation fee, however are still assessed transaction fee of 4%.

Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned for consideration of refund. 

Special order items are NON-REFUNDABLE once ordered.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card or credit will be applied to your account.

Items not marked as gifts will not be credited to recipient, but to the purchaser. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Electronic Goods/Services
Digitally received goods and services such as Staged Tunes and Custom Tunes are not refundable once fulfilled. 

Return to Sender / Refused Shipment
In the event a package is Returned To Sender (RTS) or Refused Upon Delivery, return shipping, cancellation and/or restock fees may be assessed by the customer.
